He holds a degree in Nutrition from the State University of Ceará (2004), a Master's degree in Public Health from the State University of Ceará (2007) and a PhD in Collective Health from the Federal University of Maranhão (2012). He is currently a researcher and adjunct professor of the Undergraduate Course in Nutrition, MSc in Nutrition and Health and MSc and PhD in Collective Health at the State University of Ceará. He has experience in the areas of Nutrition and Collective Health, working mainly on the following topics: evaluation of consumption and eating behavior, with emphasis on eating patterns and associated factors, and obesity.
