Biography

Dr. Qamar Uz Zaman Malik is an Assistant Professor of accounting and finance. He completed his Ph.D. in Management Sciences from COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus. His major area of research is Islamic Corporate Finance and firm financing policy. He has published a good number of research papers in peer reviewed journals.
He has also published research regarding, firm group affiliation, financial crimes, and corporate social responsibility and has presented his research work in multiple local and international conferences. He is an Associate Certified Financial Analyst. He is also ACCA part qualified. He has served and taught in a number of public and private organizations and degree awarding institutes of Pakistan. He has served A. F. Ferguson, chartered accountants, University of Central Punjab, Bahauddin Zakariya University and College of Financial Excellence and others. He holds three distinctions in his academic career, including a Gold Medal in MSc. Accounting and Finance.
