Biography
PhD student in Food Science - Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She has a degree in Quality from IFSULDEMINAS - São João da Boa Vista campus (2022), a degree in Biological Sciences from Universidade Paulista (2020), a degree in Food Engineering from IFSULDEMINAS - Inconfidentes campus (2022), a postgraduate degree in Quality Engineering and Ecology and Biodiversity from Universidade Única de Ipatinga (2021) and a master's degree in Food Science from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (2023). She carries out research in the area of Food Science and Technology, with an emphasis on food processing and technologies applied to coffee.
