Biography

I am Waqar Ahmed, and I received my Ph.D. degree in Plant Pathology from Yunnan Agricultural University, Kunming, China. Currently, I am working as a postdoctoral fellow at South China Agricultural University, Guangzhou, China. My area of interest is biological control of plant disease, host-pathogen interaction, molecular plant pathology, microbiology, the microbiome, mushroom cultivation, general plant pathology, and plant protection.
