Biography

Research has always been a core passion that drives my professional journey.
My line of research began to develop in the field of structural durability (corrosion, carbonation, chloride diffusion...). At present, I combine my knowledge of durability in new cementitious mixtures such as alkaline cements or LC3 and actually, I am interested in cementitious materials that are used in energy, either as part of the structure itself (CAC cements) or by functionalising materials for the accumulation of thermal and chemical energy.
My favorite phrase is:
"The true measure of a person's worth is how they treat someone who can do nothing for them."
