Biography

Dr. Inbal Halevi Hochwald is a senior lecturer at Max Stern Yezreel Valley College and head of the Interdisciplinary Research Center for Aging and End-of-Life Studies. With over 20 years of experience as a nurse and nursing manager in community clinics, she transitioned to academia, where she coordinates clinical training for nursing students in hospitals and serves as a content expert at the college's simulation center.

Since completing her PhD, which focused on family caregivers of people with dementia, Dr. Halevi Hochwald has specialized in teaching ethics, qualitative research, geriatrics, and related fields. Her research interests include home-based care, palliative nursing, aging, ethics, and end-of-life care. She leads multidisciplinary collaborations to advance research and education in these areas.
