Biography

A smell-curious and innovative Flavour Chemist in the making, specialising in food aroma analysis. I am also self-training in perfume-making. Originally from a biomedical and toxicological background, I later trained in GCMS, in industry (Mondelēz International) and academia (University of Reading), to pursue my true passion: flavour research. PhD Student.
