Biography

I am a young, hard-working and committed person that likes to solve problems that are proposed and always willing to help a person known or unknown. I am currently a PhD Student in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Minho, and work at the Center for MicroElectroMechanical Sytems (CMEMS-UMinho). I have a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from ISEP and a Master's degree in the same area from FEUP. I'm very interested in the area of health and technologies, in particular if they are used for bettering the well-being of others. I also have an interest in work outside my field of study, because I believe that all experience is enriching for a person's professional and personal growth.
