Dr. Gomaa Nour El-Dein Abdel-Rahman Eid Researcher of Food Contaminants Food Toxicology and Contaminants Dept., National Research Center, Dokki, Cairo, Egypt Nationality: Egyptian Mobile: 002-01144248439 E-mail: [email protected][email protected] Dr. Gomaa is a Researcher, obtained his B.Sc. in 2002 from Food Technology, Fac. of Agriculture, Cairo University, Giza, Egypt, followed by M.Sc. in 2010 from the same University in the field " Effect of heavy metals on baker's yeast ", followed by Ph.D degree in 2015 from Food Science, Fac. of Agriculture, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt in the field " Resistance of Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains to contaminants ". Dr. Gomaa held the position of: Agricultural Specialist in Food Toxicology and Contaminants Dept., (2003-2005); Researcher Assistant in Food Toxicology and Contaminants Dept., (2005-2010); Assistant Researcher in Food Toxicology and Contaminants Dept., (2010-2015); Researcher in Food Toxicology and Contaminants Department, National Research Center (NRC), Cairo, Egypt (2016). Dr. Gomaa has "Research Experience" in heavy metals residues in food and feed, Extraction and estimation of heavy metals from all sources. Determination of metals by Atomic Absorption. General knowledge in food contaminants (Pesticides and Mycotoxins in food and feed). He has "Research Experience" in the determination of organic pollutants such as phthalate esters in water and dairy products using GC & HPLC. He published (3) research manuscripts in international and localities journals.
