Biography

Quintin is an Industrial Engineer with over 13 years of diverse experience spanning urban planning, transportation, supply chain management, and sustainable development. Holding a PhD in Industrial Engineering and certifications in PRINCE2 and AgilePM, he employs a systems-thinking approach to problem-solving, leveraging expertise in simulation, optimisation, and geospatial analysis.

Quintin began his career as a freelance transport modeller and spent a decade at the CSIR in Logistics and Spatial Planning before transitioning to Inhance Supply Chain Solutions as Data Science and Engineering Lead. He now serves as Operations Research Engineer at Bash. His technical expertise spans agent-based simulation, metaheuristics, combinatorial optimisation, data engineering, high-performance computing, and system integration.

A passionate mentor, Quintin has supervised numerous students (17 undergraduate, 4 Masters, 1 PhD). Beyond work, he is dedicated to cultural exchange, speaks French, and enjoys exploring cities.
