Biography

An expert in polymer development from bench to full scale and commercialization. R&D experience in the polyolefin industry resulting in novel polymer solutions covered by several patents. Several years of technical expertise across the field of Polymer Physics in combination with enthusiasm for work in and lead a collaborative research team, bring together competences essential to the success.

The subjects of investigation range from homopolymers, copolymers and blends, to nanotechnology applications and biomolecules. To shed light on the interplay between the structure and dynamics of the polymers as well as their response to external stimuli, a series of advanced characterisation techniques is employed providing versatile viewpoints: they include analytical, spectroscopic, structural, thermodynamic and mechanical probes.
