Biography

Allen Lee is a computer scientist by training and full stack software engineer who has been building cyberinfrastructure for computational social science at Arizona State University since 2006. Projects include the Digital Archaeological Record (https://www.tdar.org), the Virtual Commons (https://commons.asu.edu), the Social Ecological Systems Library (https://seslibrary.asu.edu), and CoMSES Net (https://www.comses.net). Research interests include collective action, social ecological systems, large-scale software systems engineering, computational modeling and simulation, and finding effective ways to foster good software engineering practices for reusable & reproducible scientific computation.
