Biography

Aryusmar is an Associate Professor at Language Center of Informatics Engineering Department, Faculty of Computer Science, Bina Nusantara University (Binus), Jakarta, Indonesia since the year of 2000 up to now. His higher educational background started by taking Diploma III in English from Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Lampung State University; Bachelor's degree in English from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Open University; Completed Master’s degree in Language Education for only one year without Master Tittle and Transfer to Doctoral degree in Language Education from Postgraduate program of the Jakarta State University. Furthermore, he obtained Fellowship Scholarship to study for Non-degree of TESOL Program from Hawthorn Institute of Education Affiliated with the University of Melbourne-Australia; and also Scholarship for Non-degree of EAP Sandwich Program from The English Language Overseas Program of Saint Michael’s College Vermont, USA. He used to be Participating Youth Exchange to Comparative Study in the Field of Socio-Economy and Culture by visiting all ASEAN Countries and Japan. He has presented papers at international conferences in various countries and published papers in Scopus indexed and non-indexed journals and conference proceedings. Apart from that, he has had experience to conduct research related to his research interests in the areas of Language Education, Language Education Based Technology, and English for Academic Purposes, English for Specific Purposes, Applied Linguistics, Intra-linguistics and Extra-linguistics, Computer Science, Digital Technology, Multimedia, Financial Technology, Business and Economics, Physics and Health, Research and Methodology. He is also continuously invited to review journal articles and conference papers both locally and abroad. Finally, he also works as an editor in chief for the National Newspaper “KORAN TEKAD” ISSN 1978-1237 Printed and Online: www.korantekad.id.
