Biography

As an academician, Medical Research Scientist, and Hematologist in Medical Laboratory Medicine, I have dedicated over 8 years of my career to conducting research, teaching, and working in the field of molecular diagnostics. My primary focus lies in studying hematological malignancies and Hirschsprung Disease, two areas of great importance in the field of medical research.

Having spent two decades in Bangalore, India, where I specialized in Hematology, Pathology, and Molecular Biology, I have recently returned to my home country of Nepal. Currently, I am employed at the prestigious Madan Bhandari Academy of Health Sciences, a provincial government institute that is renowned for its commitment to advancing healthcare and medical education in Nepal.

One of my main aspirations is to establish a state-of-the-art research laboratory in Nepal that specifically focuses on hematological malignancies and Hirschsprung Disease. By doing so, I aim to contribute to the understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of these diseases within the Nepalese population. This laboratory will serve as a hub for cutting-edge research, collaboration with national and international institutions, and the training of future generations of medical professionals.

Through my extensive experience and expertise in the field, I am confident that I can successfully establish and lead this research laboratory. By bridging the gap between research and clinical practice, I hope to make significant advancements in the field of hematological malignancies and Hirschsprung Disease, ultimately improving the lives of patients in Nepal and beyond.
