Biography

After a master degree in chemistry at the University of Genoa (Italy), I performed a doctoral thesis (2009 - 2012) and a post-doc (January - June 2013) at the University of Burgundy (ICB Laboratory) on high temperature corrosion of metallic materials.
Between September 2013 and August 2015, I was assistant professor at ENSAM (Campus of Cluny).
In September 2015 I joined the ICB Laboratory (University of Burgundy) as associate professor. My research activities focus on the relationship between the microstructure and the durability of materials elaborated from powders by SPS (spark plasma sintering) and HIP (hot isostatic pressing).
