Biography

Jorge F. Oliveira was born in Leiria, Portugal, in 1965. He received the Diploma degree in electrical engineering – electronics and telecommunications - and the Master of Science degree in applied mathematics, from the University of Coimbra, Portugal, in 1989 and 2005, respectively. On January 2010 he received the doctoral degree in electrical engineering from the University of Aveiro, Portugal.
He is a Professor at the Polytechnic University of Leiria, Portugal, and he is a Senior Researcher at the Institute of Telecommunications, University of Aveiro.
His current research interests include CAD techniques for nonlinear circuit analysis and system simulation.
