Attila Havas is a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Economics, CERS, Hungarian Academy of Sciences Centre of Excellence, Budapest and Senior Scientist at the Austrian Institute of Technology GmbH, Vienna. His academic interests are in economics of innovation, national and sectoral innovation systems, theory and practice of innovation policy, technology foresight, and social innovation.
