Biography
Ewerton is a medical doctor who graduated from the Escola Paulista de Medicina/Federal University of São Paulo, where he also completed his residency in Orthopedics and Traumatology.
He completed his fellowship in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery at the Sports Trauma Center (CETE/UNIFESP), where he gained extensive experience in treating sports injuries. He maintains a connection with this institution, organizing courses, assisting in the training of new specialists, and actively participating in scientific research.
He has clinical and surgical experience, working in various public and private hospitals in the Greater São Paulo area, in addition to experience in coordinating orthopedic teams.
He is active in the academic field, with scientific publications in Orthopedics, Traumatology, and Shoulder and Elbow Surgery, with a focus on topics such as "Rotator Cuff Injury," "Shoulder Instability," "Shoulder Injuries in Women," "Sports Injuries," and "COVID-19 in Orthopedics."
He is a member of the Brazilian Society of Orthopedics and Traumatology (SBOT), the Brazilian Society of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery (SBCOC), and the Brazilian Society of Arthroscopy and Sports Traumatology.
