Biography

Cathelin C. Y. Yang is Assistant Research Fellow of Office of Institutional Research and Center for General Education at National Chung Cheng University. Her research interests include higher education governance, institutional research, education policy and administration. She is responsible for plan and execution of institutional research and also dedicates her study to data governance of university most recently.
