Biography
Rui Pedro Lopes received the MSc degree in Electronics and Telecommunications, and the PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Aveiro, Portugal. He is an associate professor (professor coordenador) at the Polytechnic Institute of Braganca. He is also an external member of the IEETA Research Center and his main research interests focus on distributed systems, network management and pedagogical innovation in higher education.
