Biography

Dr. Olesya P. Stebeleva is associate professor of the Department of Heat Engineering and Hydrodynamics of the Siberian Federal University. She received her PhD in 2011 in powder metallurgy and composite materials from the Siberian Federal University. She is a researcher at the Laboratory of Physical and Chemical technologies for the development of hard-to-recover hydrocarbon reserves of the Siberian Federal University. Her research interests cover creation of new types of environmentally friendly fuels, high-energy treatment of liquid fuels, including oil and coal-water suspension.
