Anna Dudek is a graduate of the University of Wrocław. She has completed her MA in English studies in 2015 and an MSc in Economics in 2017. Her research interests in the field of linguistics include the notion of untranslatability both in literary and audiovisual translation and, beyond this, various aspects of dialectology, theoretical linguistics, and Legal English. Apart from her main academic fields, she shows particular interest in other foreign languages as well, especially in German, Italian, and French. Anna Dudek is currently working on a doctoral thesis concerning the translation of legal documents from English to Polish, which will be prepared at the aforementioned university.
