Biography

I am currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Keeling Lab at the University of British Columbia studying marine protistan symbioses. I recently graduated with my PhD from the University of Miami, where I conducted my dissertation research under the guidance of Dr. Javier del Campo (IBE-Barcelona) and Dr. Andrew Baker (RSMAS-Miami). My main research focus is on the role and function of the protists within marine holobionts.
