Biography

Currently, I am working as Senior Associate Professor in the Department of Software Engineering, Bahria University Karachi Campus. I am associated with Bahria University Karachi Campus, Pakistan since August, 2013 in different roles. These include, Principal/Associate Dean, at Bahria School of Engineering & Applied Sciences (BSEAS) (March-2020- Sep-2024), Head of the department (HoD) of Software Engineering (Jan-2018 – Sep-2020), HoD of Computer & Software Engineering (Jun-2016- Dec-2017). Overall, I have more than 11 years of post-doctorate teaching/administrative experience. Overall, 15 years of teaching/research experience while 4 years of corporate sector experience under the belt as an IT Manager/ Database Manager in different companies within Pakistan. Further, I had more than three years of experience as an assistant tutor/marker in the Information Systems group of the School of Management, Massey University, Auckland, New Zealand during (2010-2013).
