Biography

Since 2007 my research emphasis over on- and off-site effects of forest wildfires on hydrology and soil erosion, with a special emphasis on the application and testing of existing erosion models considering post-fire rehabilitation measures. Goals: To finish the development of the post-Fire Emergency ManageMEnt tool (FEMME) and thereby with this tool contribute to the national and international forest managers decision making.
