Born on August 4, 1955 in the village of Rechitsa, Cherikov district, Mogilev region, BSSR. 10th grade of Ustyanskaya secondary school.

Candidate of Technical Sciences since December 1987. Senior research fellow in the specialty Military cybernetics, informatics, systems analysis, operations research and modeling of systems and combat operations since February 1991. Associate Professor of the Department of Tactics and Combat Use of Space Systems since February 2003. Professor of the Department of Tactics and Combat Use of Space Systems since October 2004.
