Agnieszka Guzewicz, PhD – assistant professor in the Department of Civil and Private International Law, Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics, University of Wroclaw, Poland; attorney-at-law (Wrocław Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law).
She is author of numerous academic publications in the field of private law and EU law. Main research interests: interpretation of private law concepts, EU company law, EU private international law and functioning of commercial companies in Poland. Research languages: English, French, Italian and Polish (mother tongue).
She has been involved in three European Commission grants (DG JUSTICE). During her doctoral studies she completed internship in the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg and participated in the annual international project Programme in European Private Law for Postgraduates (PEPP) - Hamburg, Wroclaw, Cambridge, Valencia. For several years she has organized School of French Law and French Master’s studies in International and European Economic Law of the University Paris-Dauphine at the University of Wroclaw.
