Biography
Rodolfo Anes Silveira began his professional career in the audiovisual sector in Portugal with the completion of a course at the Technical School of Imagem and Communication in 1999, and since then he has been working as a freelancer, offering various services in sound editing, creation and mixing, both live and in post-production. Years later, in 2012, after completing her studies in Cinema, Video and Multimedia Communication at the College of Lusófona, with a special focus on cinematography, an internship at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, France, in the Audiovisual Department. When she returned to Portugal in 2013, she completed training in Supported Language at the Catholic College of Lisbon and training in Entrepreneurship for Creative Industries at the Universidade Lusófona. At the end of the same year, she participated in a seminar on color correction for cinema at the University of Television and Film in Munich, where he received additional training in various areas of technology and film practice in cinema as a guest student.
In addition to beginning his career as a freelancer in the film industry in Germany, he worked as a tutor in various seminars at the same college between 2014 and 2017. From there, he was invited to join the Department of Cinematography as a study coordinator at the end of 2017. Also in 2017, he started a PhD in Media Arts, investigating multisensory perception in art installations, with a special focus on haptic sensations and haptic feedback technologies in the non-touch center and their possible application in interactive and immersive fields. in 2019 he was invited to take up a position as Assistant Professor in the Department of Cinematography, and in 2021 he accepted the same position in the Department of Visual Effects at the College of Television and Film in Munich. In January 2022, he graduated with honours in Media Arts from Beira Interior University.
