Biography

Ruaridh Clark is a Research Fellow in Complex Networks and Systems at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK.

Dr Clark is based in the Dept. of Electrical & Electronic Engineering with secondments to the Dept. of Design, Manufacturing, and Engineering Management and Dept. of Computer and Information Sciences.

Dr Clark is an engineer studying systems, networks and patterns. Research that often exists at the boundary between disciplines, and has led to publications on brain health, bird flocks, disease spread, Earth observation, robotic and satellite system design. This diverse portfolio lends itself to industrial and government collaborations from space to health, as well as a leading role in developing the interdisciplinary research environment around health and care at the University of Strathclyde.
