Biography
I am graduated as a Food Chemical Process Engineer and I work as a lecturer at the University of the Republic and the Catholic University of Uruguay. I was born in Montevideo, the capital of Uruguay, and I completed the Master of Science in innovation focusing in academic management at the University of the Republic. My first research line is focused on bioengineering and biostatistics, delving into industrial aspects of computational modeling in the R programming environment: application of optimization and machine learning techniques. Actually, I am responsible for the bioprocess engineering course and I also participate in the course "R programming environment Introduction for engineers". I have many publications in the field of university education and in working models for the students’ trajectories management.
