* Working as postdoctoral fellow from 7+ years in the field of nanomedicine.

*Expertise in synthesis and characterization of polymeric and magnetic nanoparticles.

* Working on non-viral vectors for gene and RNA delivery application for genetic diseases.

* Expertise in CRISPR/Cas9 system for genome editing to treat genetic disease.

*Skilled in gene delivery, RNA delivery, Cell transfection, animal cell culture technique (handled various cell lines like HEK cells, fibroblasts, ARPE, isolated and maintained primary porcine fibroblasts retinal cells from porcine eye and skin) molecular biology techniques(qPCR, gel electrophoresis, plasmid isolation, western blot etc.), spectroscopic techniques (FTIR, Raman, fluorescence and CD), microscopic techniques (confocal,fluorescent and inverted, TEM, SEM and AFM), immunohistology, DLS and zeta potential techniques.

*Excellent in writing and oral communication, time management and organizational skills able to work in a team or as individual.
