Biography
Hamid Shahriari was born in December 1342 in Tehran. He completed his secondary education at Khorezmi (Shari'ati) High School in Baharestan Square and in 1360, he received his diploma with the highest written average among the students of three classes of mathematics and physics.

In the same year, he went to the seminary of Qom and finished the courses at the level of the seminary in six years. In these years, he became the first student in the 7th grade of the Hozha (Resay and Earnings) and received an award from the great verses of the time and the Holy Imam. In addition to his education, he was engaged in teaching seminary courses including literature, logic, theology, jurisprudence and principles, and after completing the level education course, for ten years, he taught foreign jurisprudence and principles under professors such as Ayatollah Seyyed Kazem Haeri and the late Ayatollah Sheikh Javad Tabrizi participated continuously. From the beginning, he was interested in logic and philosophy. In these years, he got acquainted with the western world by traveling to New Zealand for a year, and after returning from the trip, he continued his courses. He devoted himself to the study and research of new intellectual sciences, including the new religion, moral philosophy, philosophy of religion, new logic, Christian and Jewish theology and related sciences in the foundation of Baqir al-Uloom, peace be upon him. At the same time, he was accepted at Tarbiat Modares University of Qom and completed his master's degree in theology and Islamic studies by writing a thesis entitled "Council in Fatwa". This work was later recognized as the best research in the field of religion. Shahriari has been managing the Computer Research Center of Qom Islamic Sciences since 1375. Noor al-Anwar is the name of one of dozens of software products produced by this center, which won the second place in applied research in the Kharazmi festival in 1378. Shahriari completed his doctorate in comparative philosophy at Qom University and with a one-year trip as a guest student at Manchester University in 1381, he wrote the work Philosophy of Morals in Western Thought from Alsadeer McIntyre's Point of View, which became the best university book of 1385. He has the headship of Human Sciences Research and Development Center (Samat Organization), the management of the information network (Internet) of the area and the secretary of the Supreme Information Council of the country in his executive record. Shahriari is fluent in Arabic and speaks English fluently.
