Biography

Liliana Faria holds a PhD in psychology from the University of Minho. She is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences (FCHS) of the University of Algarve. She is an integrated member of the CIP/UAL - Research Centre of Psychology of the Autonomous University of Lisbon, located at the University of the Algarve. She has developed her academic activity - teaching, research and interaction with society - mainly in the field of Career Psychology. Currently, her research interests are focused on Social and Organizational Psychology.
