Experienced teacher with a demonstrated history of working in all education periods from the primary school (rural school and multi-grade primary school) and the high school (as a teacher and schooling counselor) to teaching and research in the higher education. In the current, I work at the university as an expert of educational planning, supervision and evaluation and lecturer as well. My interest fields are: Educational Leadership, Distributed Leadership, Leadership in Classroom, Professional Development, Professional Mentoring and Coaching, Teaching, Flipped Learning, Classroom Management, Research, Qualitative Research (Grounded Theory, Content Analysis).
