Biography

Dr. Parvizi is currently head of materials engineering department and associate professor at Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University (SRTTU). He has been on the faculty of SRTTU since 2016. He received his PhD from Amirkabir University of Technology (2016) after earning an MS from Sharif University of Technology (2006) and a BS from Iran University of Science and Technology (2004). His current interest lie in the manufacturing and characteristic of shape memory alloys and composites. Most of his research is interdisciplinary and lies at the interface of materials, biology, chemistry and mechanics.
