Biography

Loredana Manasia is an associate professor at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest (UPB), Department of Teacher Education and Social Sciences. She is dedicated to developing innovative pedagogies and learning strategies to enhance student outcomes. Her focus is on metacognition, learning patterns, reflection, motivation, problem-solving, and community regeneration.
With over 14 years of experience in the field, Loredana has participated in a wide range of educational and research projects that have allowed her to gain extensive knowledge and expertise in her field. Her contributions have been acknowledged by numerous professional associations, task forces, and working groups, all of which she is an active member of. These groups focus on higher education, learning, employability, social inclusion, and policies, which highlights Loredana's commitment to improving access to education and enhancing learning outcomes for all students.
