Biography

Tomás Baviera is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics and Social Sciences at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. He holds a MSc in Telecommunication Engineering from the same university, as well as a PhD in Journalism from the University of Valencia. He has been a visiting researcher at the Bentley University Center for Business Ethics. His research interests include digital communication, social media, and digital marketing. He directed the Alameda Residential College, affiliated with the University of Valencia, for 13 years. During his tenure, he fostered a broad liberal arts education and initiated several volunteer programs. He has also been invited to lecture on organizational behavior and university education in several institutions, including Harvard University.
