Biography

I am a motivated D.V.M & Ph.D. scientist with 15 years of experiences in virology (especially in retrovirus and flavivirus), molecular biology, primatology and immunology. I have strong analytical ability, superb project design and perform ability, good independent research ability, and an excellent team worker with good communication skills. I have extensive experience and skills in cell culture including primary cells, molecular cloning, animal experiments (mice, humanized-mice and monkeys), gene editing, flow cytometry, ELISA, western blot and real-time PCR. I have received two awards for young investigator. I am an invited reviewer for > 20 peer review manuscripts from scientific journals. I have experience as a teaching mentor for >15 students.
