Dalia Prakapienė

Biography

An assoc. prof. of the Defense Economics and Management Research Group at General Jonas Žemaitis Military Academy of Lithuania. After receiving a doctor’s degree of Social Sciences (Education) and starting work at the Military Academy she changed her research field combining education and management. For more than 15 years the field of research generally has focussed to organisational management and human resource management. She has approximately 22 years of experience in lecturing (toughing courses such as management, management of security institutions, project management, and qualitative research methods).
