Biography

Ali Esmaeili has Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering. He got his degree at Instituto Superior Tecnico. He worked in the LASEF laboratory in Lisbon and focused on the aerodynamics of micro aerial vehicles and energy harvesters which could be used in this application. Various investigations such as computational fluid dynamics, experimental tests, modal and harmonic analysis, fluid-structure interaction, and multidisciplinary design optimizations were parts of his effort. Last year, he starts to study in supercritical fluid and fluid-optical interaction and he could publish several papers in this field.
