Biography

Architect. University Professor at the Urbanism and Territory Planning Department of the University of Seville since 1995. Permanently collaborating with several Master's and Doctorate programmes, has already been supervisor of more than 31 doctoral thesis. Co-founder and director of the research group HUM-700 'Heritage and Urban and Territorial Development in Andalusia'. Currently leading a R&D project on medium-sized cities in Andalusia. Focused in urban planning preservation, the group has conducted several researches, urban plans and professional advisory on listed buildings, monuments, historic centres and landscapes.
