Denise de Spirito

Biography

Denise de Spirito è designer e dottoranda in Sostenibilità e innovazione per la progettazione dell'ambiente costruito e del sistema di prodotti (ciclo XXXVII) presso il Dipartimento di Architettura DIDA dell'Università di Firenze (Italia).
Dopo aver svolto un periodo di ricerca all'estero presso Elisava - Barcelona School of Design and Engineering (UVic-UCC), attualmente collabora con LDS - Laboratory of Design for Sustainability (Dipartimento di Architettura DIDA, Università di Firenze). I suoi campi di interesse sono, tra gli altri, legati alla progettazione strategica per il networking territoriale, research translation, processi e strumenti di co-design, network science, al design sostenibile e al design digitale.

Denise de Spirito is a Designer and PhD Candidate in Sustainability and innovation for the design of the built environment and product system (cycle XXXVII) at the Department of Architecture DIDA of the University of Florence (Italy).
After having carried out a research period abroad at Elisava - Barcelona School of Design and Engineering (UVic-UCC), she is currently collaborating with LDS - Laboratory of Design for Sustainability (Department of Architecture DIDA, University of Florence). Her fields of interest are, among others, related to Strategic Design for territorial networking, research translation, co-design processes and tools, network science, sustainable and digital Design.
