Biography

Jesús Barrena-Martínez is Associate Professor in the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Cadiz. His PhD dissertation in the field of economics and business management received a special mention from the Santander Chair of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for the best PhD in CSR in Spain in 2014. He has presented papers at International and national conferences and published in journals such as the International Journal of Human Resource Management, Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management or Sustainability among others. His teaching and research interests include human resource management, corporate social responsibility, intellectual capital and organizational behaviour.
