I was a part of team who worked on reconstructing operations of VIVERA plant (in the process of integration of war-affected areas). On that occasion, I created the Marketing plan what included the product range, target markets, sales prices with profitability calculations, as well as promotional activities and all other activities relating to the products market launch. Based on the proposed Marketing plan was crated a profitability study and started new production. Financial and sales reporting, planning and analysis of business strategy.
