Biography
The association between genotype and phenotype is the first pioneering point from which my scientific career is commenced. These molecular genotypic explanations of potential correlation between the observed variants in the coding regions have led me to more utilization of the state-of-art in silico tools to get a better understanding of the final consequences of the observed SNPs on the final manifestation of the investigated protein. This tool has been applied to a wide variety of species with various applications. For the time being, my scientific team is seriously concerned with the plant-based drug design, in which we screen a wide range of medicinal plants in terms of their binding affinity against the pathogenic receptors. To do so, molecular docking experiments have been conducted to determine the most eligible drug to inhibit its corresponding target. The reason behind the attachment of ligand-receptor complexes, followed by ADMET validations and MD simulation represents the main scheme of our current career.
