Biography

Pedro Salcedo-Serrano was born in Granada, Spain, in 1997. He received B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in Telecommunication Engineering (Acoustic and Communications) from the University of Málaga, Málaga, Spain, in 2019 and 2020, respectively. Since February 2021, he is a Pre-Doctoral Researcher with the Wireless Optical Communications Laboratory, University Institute of Telecommunication Research (TELMA), Málaga, Spain. In 2022, he was a visiting researcher with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, McMaster University, Hamilton, ON, Canada. His current research interests include information theory and its application to the design and performance analysis of underwater optical wireless communication systems with a current emphasis on experimental underwater channel modeling.
