Biography

My personal professional activities are directly related to pedagogical work and administration. The administrative work managing the department and, recently, the study process of all organization – the higher education institution – proves my competencies and abilities in many areas.
Working with people enabled to learn from them and from myself; not without a reason my research area is also related to learning from one’s own and other people’s experience, looking for ways and means how to successfully implement it. The essential area of my work is improvement of teaching and learning processes.
