🔬 Education Innovator | Life Science & Geography Specialist | Socio-Emotional Learning Researcher 🌍

I am an experienced educator specializing in Life Sciences and Geography, with a passion for making learning engaging, inquiry-driven, and relevant to real-world challenges. As a Microsoft Innovative Educator and Golden Key Honours Society member, I integrate cutting-edge educational technologies and learning management systems to enhance student engagement.

With a Master of Education (M.Ed) in Science Education from the University of the Witwatersrand (with distinction), my research focuses on how Life Science and Life Orientation teachers' socio-emotional practices impact learner cognitive achievement. I am deeply committed to curriculum development, particularly in Geography, where I incorporate GIS technical skills to enhance spatial learning.

I lead an IEB-led GIS program, empowering students to apply Geographic Information Systems in practical scenarios, and I run a cross-curricular initiative, "One Problem One Day," where students collaborate to solve real-world problems.
