In my opinion, it is not enough to explain sociology through the use of such concepts as social structure, social processes and changes etc. I suggested the new conception: sociology studies the social consciousness, social behaviour and social environment. In this case consciousness, behaviour and environment create the new integrity what can called as sociology of life. This conception allows to research the society in unity of social and natural factors and evaluates the events, appearances from motives, interests and needs of human beings.

2. Sociology of labor and management (monographs “Social planning” (1971, 1980), “Social Infrastructure” (1981), “Social Projecting” (1983), “Social Resources of Labor”(1990), “Social Management”(1999, co-author), “Sociology of Labor. New Approach” (2005, 2012, 2018). It is necessary to note, that the monographs on the problems of social planning, social infrastructure and social projecting were the first sociological publications in USSR (Russia).
