Biography

TERESA CARDOSO | Integrated researcher at R&D Unit-FCT-MCTES nº 4372, Laboratory of Distance Education and eLearning (LE@D) - Universidade Aberta (Open University Portugal). She was the R&D Unit's Scientific Coordinator (June 2015-September 2018), and she has been collaborating in several projects (since 2010). Assistant Professor at Universidade Aberta, where she teaches (in undergraduate and postgraduate courses) and supervises Master Dissertations and PhD Theses. She is a teacher trainer accredited by the Scientific and Pedagogical Council of Continuing Education of the Portuguese Ministry of Education, author and publisher of publications. She is also a member of scientific / editorial Committees and has participated in the organization of scientific events. She was co-responsible for the implementation of the Wikipedia Education Program in Portugal, namely for the first Portuguese curricular integration of Wikipedia included in the Wikipedia University Program - Wikimedia Foundation. Her research topics also include open education, mobile learning (or m-learning), and ICT in educational contexts.

TERESA CARDOSO | Docente da Universidade Aberta no Departamento de Educação e Ensino a Distância, onde leciona em cursos de graduação e pós-graduação, sendo orientadora de teses de doutoramento e dissertações de mestrado. É investigadora integrada na UID-FCT nº 4372, Laboratório de Educação a Distância e eLearning (LE@D), Universidade Aberta (Portugal), onde tem colaborado em projetos e cuja coordenação científica assumiu entre junho de 2015 e setembro de 2018. É formadora creditada pelo Conselho Científico-Pedagógico da Formação Contínua do Ministério da Educação, autora e editora de publicações, integra comissões científicas/editoriais e tem participado na organização de eventos científicos. Foi corresponsável pela implementação do Programa Wikipédia na Educação em Portugal, nomeadamente pela primeira integração curricular portuguesa, enquadrada no Programa Wikipédia na Universidade. Ao nível da investigação, interessa-se ainda pela educação aberta, aprendizagem móvel ou mobile learning, e TIC em contextos educacionais.
